Vrindavan Children Eager to Learn

Hello, my dear friends and Hindi family. I want to share this special moment that took place. I live in Vrindavan and recently met five children who visited daily for a drink of water.

My passion is teaching Hindi, so when I see situations like this my teaching instincts come into play. I asked the children which school they attend? They became morose and told me that they wanted to go to school. Unfortunately, in the area they live in, there is no government school for them to attend, and their parents can't afford for them to go.

After answering this, two of the children instantly said, "why don't you teach me"? I was not expecting this amount of eagerness, so I replied, "Ok, let us start from tomorrow, and give me time to bring basic stationery for you."

Within an hour, they again rang the doorbell and returned with a notebook and pencils. With this amount of eagerness, how could I say no?

I started a new journey to not only teach Hindi to my students all across the world, but also to these munchkins who lack the resources but have a keen eagerness to learn.

To all my followers, please bless and pray that I can do this new task dutifully and diligently. In the future, I hope that I am blessed to be able to provide more resources. It is my vision to provide Hindi lessons to even more underprivileged children.

As I believe in what Aristotle said in this context, Education is an ornament in prosperity and a refuge in adversity.
